Chef’s Course Tasting Menu

Available Tuesday–Saturday starting February 10, 2026

Join us for an exclusive tasting menu by Executive Chef Fariyal Abdullahi and Marcus Samuelsson, set at a reserved seat beside Hav & Mar’s open kitchen. This intimate experience offers a front-row view of the rhythm behind each course, served directly at the pass.

The seven-course tasting moves between Sweden, Ethiopia, and New York, tracing the culinary origins of Hav & Mar. Elevate the evening with a beverage pairing curated to complement each course.

Join us in Chelsea for the most romantic day of the year. We’re serving a four-course dinner with sides for the table created especially for the occasion. The menu will be available throughout the weekend and served exclusively on February 14.

Celebrate Black History Month with a one-night-only menu collaboration showcasing the talents Hav & Mar and Red Rooster Harlem. 

Executive Chef Fariyal Abdullahi brings back her signature dinner series, Fariyal & Friends, a platform celebrating underrepresented voices in the culinary industry. This month, she is joined by Chef Ro, Culinary Ambassador at Red Rooster Harlem. Together, they will serve a collaborative menu rooted in storytelling and culture.
